We had a problem with our Kallfass Universa 500 Servo Monday. Michael Pohl and Bodo Geopfert were amazing helping us get our machine back running pristine! We had a very difficult problem to troubleshoot. They were super fast answering our email with ideas. Michael took time out of servicing another plant to give us the correct troubleshooting idea. From start to finish, this company is nothing but professional. They listened to what our needs were, and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable that there product will fill that need, even as far as running some of our product through their machine and videoing it so we could see it with our product before we purchased. Shipping was easy and installation was amazing. Thomas the Installer was amazing, very knowledgeable, and excellent trainer for our employees. Unable to review parts and or service as of this time, as we have not had to utilize either parts or service yet.
I really like to appreciate Michael Pohl`s support on a Sunday when my Kallfass machine was down and I had no hope that anybody would answer my phone call to CPS&S, but Michael actually did.
He walked me through to troubleshoot the issue and helped me to understand the root cause. He stayed with me on the phone for more than 3 hours to ensure my Kallfass was up and running.
