Free FaceTime Technical Support for PM Customers

We are proud to announce this new addition to our technical service! CPS&S Inc. will now be offering free FaceTime technical support to all our customers who have signed up with our PM Program. Technical support is important to us and our technicians will work diligently to solve any problems at hand, but it can be difficult when they are unable to see the problem for themselves. With the advancement of technology and the increasing prevalence of cell phones, we decided that it would be beneficial to utilize this technology for our technical support service.

All of our technicians are equipped with the latest iPhones and iPads, fully prepared to provide FaceTime assistance and address your technical issues. If you do not have an iPhone, we can still offer technical support utilizing Skype.
