High Volume Sleeve Wrapping in Tight Spaces:
The Super Wrap 500 sleeve wrapper was especially designed for the newspaper and printing industry. The new technology uses NO COMPRESSED AIR and allows the extremely small machine to wrap up to 35 stacks (14” high) per minute with top speeds of over 40 packs per minute. With a footprint of only 43” x 43”, this machine fits even in the tightest of spaces. The seal bar is Servo controlled (without mechanical brake) and guarantees smooth and low- wear operation.
Additional options like the twin side seal station are available for this modular machine. This way small bundles or single papers/magazines can be fully enclosed.
